Junior & Teenager Special Program

+14 years of age
Any student 14 years of age or older may take courses with dQ Sevilla, at any of our 9 centers (all excluding Tenerife). The Junior Program followsthe same norms as our regular courses:
Courses are scheduled year-round and students may begin on any Monday of the year. Juniors can take any of our general courses for as short as one week or as long as one year. The average class size, as always, is guaranteed to be limited to 5 to 10 students. On the first day of classes, you will take an oral and written placement test so that we can allocate you in the appropriate group for your level. Classes start right after the placement test.

Students
Spanish Class
One hour per day is devoted to learning more about Spanish culture, which is an integral part of our teaching method. We organize many additional activities and excursions, all accompanied by an dQ Sevilla teacher, so that the students can pick and choose according to their interests. Teachers employ the same effective methodology and techniques as with older students, and our juniors are often placed in general classes with participants of all ages. If a group of teenagers of the same level comes to Spain to study together, they may benefit from closed classes as well.
The main difference between our Junior Program and the regular dQ Sevilla courses is that students ages 14-17 stay with host families rather than apartments or residences. We believe that the home stay experience is essential for teenagers to feel at home, comfortable and part of a family... plus it's the best way for them to be fully immersed in the Spanish way of life.
